Refund Policy
We offer a full refund on all unused takeNplace wedding accounts up until 7 days before the wedding date.
Packages containing a physical elements i.e. giftbox or tablecards will be subject to a deduction to cover the cost of production & postage (if already sent)
To complete your return, we need to confirm that you are the original purchaser via email
Once your return is confirmed, a refund will be made via the original payment card or method only.
